I just wanted to give you an update on this partition. Our work is now completed for this partition. We are just
waiting for Mr. Cossen to get his city electrical inspection so we can convert the existing house from overhead
to underground service. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Andy,
I have a large project starting tomorrow and may not make the 11:00 A.M. meeting tomorrow. The
undergrounding of the existing house has not happened yet and it is no fault of Geoff Cossen. He is waiting on
our crews to finish the work he has paid us to do. The sewer work being done in that area slowed us down and
we had one line foreman retire in August which leaves us with just tow crews to do all the electrical work in
Springfield. I have reminded our line superintendent twice about completing this job and it is in the queue of
work to be completed. Please do not hold up approval of his project due to SUB. We will get the work done.
