L1MBIRD Andrew From: Sent: To: Cc: Subject: MOORHEAD Chris Friday, October 09, 20094:57 PM 'j-fergusonpls@comcast.nel' L1MBIRD Andrew; METZGER Mark; ERNST Dennis Cossen partition plat, City review #2 Joe, Here are the City's comments for review #2 of this plat. . Please show the north line of the S foot right of way dedication area in BOLD Iinetype as well, as it will be the exterior property line . We located all the Monumentation as per the plat, and we just found one issue with the field check. At the northwest corner, the overhead lines servicing the property to the north cross over the subject property. The field crew reports they cross the property at approximately S feet south of the NW corner and 14 feet east of the NW corner. This is outside of the PUE. Please provide an easement to cover the area crossed by. the overhead lines. When you feel you have completed these requests, you can go ahead and submit the final plat application and mylars. Here is a checklist of what to bring with the final plat application packet: . the "Land Division Plat" application form with the "Partition Plat Submittal" box checked, and the second page needs to be signed in the "Submittal" box , . a check for the Development Code Application fees for a partition (Tara Jones at DSD would be able to verify the correct amount 736-1003) . the mylar and a paper copy of the plat . Current title report (dated no older than 30 days), and a copy . A copy of the current deed for the property, and a copy . The originals of the improvement agreements, concurrence from the lender, and the 3 easements, signed and ready to record, and copies of each The way the process works at the final plat submittal is the Surveyor's office gets all the originals, we do a final check and the City Surveyor signs. We take the originals to Planning and they do their document and field check and signature(s). If there is no issues and all planning conditions are met this process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.
