Cossen plat easement delineation
Hi Joe,
I received your phone message, and that sounds like it will be fine to have (like you stated) the note on the plat saying
that easement B is the portion ofthe easement area on Parcell. There just needed to be some way to be able to tell
where easement B and A differed by looking on the face of the plat, and the boundaries were not clear without being
able to view the legal document as well.
