Yes it sounds like they have them reversed. Since G Street is fully developed and the applicant is installing sidewalk, the
Improvement Agreement would only be for street trees. The IA for 26'h Street should be the one with sidewalks, curb,
gutter, and street trees. Can we just switch out the cover pages if the signatures have already been applied?

Andy/Mark,
I'm reviewing Cossen, and there are 2 lA's, G Street and 26'h. It looks to me like the Staff Findings require only street
trees on 26'h, and sidewalks, curb, gutter and street trees on G. Is this correct? The lA's they have submitted are a bit
off if this is right?
