Based on the conditions of approval, it should be just street trees and streetlights for both streets. The other
improvements are not being deferred so they don't need to be listed on the Improvement Agreement. We could just
add an X to the "trees" box on the 26th Street IA and it should be fine.

OK, that helps. They actually just submitted it for lights and sidewalks for 26th, so we need to have them add trees, curb
and gutter for that one.
On the G Street one, they just submitted it for trees and lights, so we need them to add curb, gutter and sidewalks.
The copies I have aren't signed yet. Do you have already signed copies? It looks like we just need them to "X" the extra
boxes.

Chris: Actually it looks like street trees and street lighting improvements are required for both streets. The applicant is
required to install the necessary curb, gutter and sidewalks along both G Street and 26th Street frontages. Hope this
helps.

Andy/Mark,
I'm reviewing Cossen, and there are 2 lA's, G Street and 26th. It looks to me like the Staff Findings require only street
trees on 26th, and sidewalks, curb, gutter and street trees on G, Is this correct? The lA's they have submitted are a bit
off if this is right?
