Here are our review comments for your submission from 8-15-08.
GENERAL COMMENTS:
Please let me know when the site is ready for a field check. All property monuments need to be visible and
fiagged and the reference monuments need to be visible (dug out if buried, brushed if in vegetation, etc.). The
field check needs to be complete before we will request mylars.
SHEET 1:
. Please add a breakline symbol to the Northernmost portion of the Basis of Bearing line,
. The tie line from the NE subject property corner to the Lane Co. RPC calculates to be 223.77'. It is shown
as 223.91'. Is this just a typo?
. The description for the Lane Co. RPC that is 3' from the Lane Co. MAGlwasher has "LANE" misspelled.
SHEET 2:
. All of the reference monument, basis of bearing, and tie edit comments from the previous review (shown as
comments for Sheet 1) need to be corrected on this sheet too.
. In Lot 4 there is a stray arrow left over from Sheet 1.
. On the note about the 42nd street jurisdictional transfer, I told you incorrectly on the last review that it was
per Ins!. No. 2007-075936. That document is actually 2003-122204.
Sheet 3 and 4 are good. Please let me know when we can do the field check.
