Hi Chris, there was no request for extension, but that doesn't surprise me. It's probably not too late for the
request to be submitted "after the fact". This has been a particularly arduous subdivision plat for a variety of
reasons, so it would be nice to get it off the books. Let me know if you have any concerns with keeping it on life
support... .

Andy, It seems to me that Skychief Park's 120 day plat submission deadline was Aug 11, 2008. Did they ever
contact you for a extension? There was an issue that caused their delay; the County's survey of 42nd street was
not recorded until May and they had used all of the County's resolution of the street to base their survey. I know
they waited a while for that and I think it was a reasonable excuse, but I don't know if they remembered the
deadline! .
