Here are the City's review comments. Attached are the County Surveyor's office comments as well. SHEET 1: . Mark both monuments on the Basis of Bearing with the engineering stationing numbers per CSF 41039. Also mark the engineering stationing numbers on the other Lane County monuments. . Show the second Lane County monument North of the NE comer of the subject property, show it's engineering stationing number, show it as 32' from the CL as per the CSF 41039 and per the deed and replace the ROW line from that corner to the subject property. . The record between those 2 Lane Co. monuments is 149.53'. . Show the record distance from the North DLC comer of (1385.08')5. . Show the record bearing and distance for the Basis of Bearings per CSF 41039. . On the South line of Lot 6 show crows feet on the ends of the distance 188.90'. . On the West side, the record between iron rods from CSF 34684 is (228.79')3. . On the NW subject property corner, show the PK exaggerated off the corner and end of crow's foot and make a not that the I P per CSF 34684 is not found. . Add LCSO to the legend . On the open single circle set mon symbol, add a length of RB. 24" is required per ORS. SHEET 2: . Remove the Notes: for the JOINT USE ACCESS EASEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS. SHEET 3: . No City comments. SHEET 4: . Add Twin Butte to the OWNERlPARTITIONER section .. Remove CHAIR from the signature line ADDITIONAL NOTES: . The Title Report shows one of the affecting liens or encumbrances as "Jurisdictional Transfer Document 2007-075936". Please address this by putting a note by 42nd Street saying "42nd Street right of way is subject to a Jurisdictional Transfer Document, reception number 2007-075936, Lane County Oregon Deed Records". Please label the Access & Utility easement "private". Remove the Notes pertaining to these easements from page 2. 2. Include "PUE" in the Legend on pages 2 & 3. 3. Indicate the newer dedicated RfW north of the NE corner of the Partition. 4. Check the end notes ,for the north & south line. It is unclear how, references 2+4 relate to the dimension given. 5. The FD. PK near the NW comer is shown as an IP on CSF 34684. 6. In the Declaration include the ]0' PUE's.. 7. Concurrences for the, plat must be obtained for the two Line of Credit Trust Deeds noted in the title report. Provide notation on the plat and line for recording number. 8. Taxes for 2008-2009 and any past due taxes on the property must be certified as paid prior to recording. Please submit Tax work-up request to A&T. 9.
