I, Marvin S. Krush, am requesting an extension until December 31, 2008 to complete the
requirements of the final plat application for City of Springfield subdivision SUB2007-
00027 (Skychief Park). Due to the length of time it has taken to get the required utilities
installed and other improvements completed the application may not be finalized within
