They are submitting a cash deposit for the street trees, so that should cover their obligations. I can let the surveyor know he needs to inform the owner ofthis and get the box checked if you want, just let me know. The other improvements are not being deferred so they don't need to be listed on the Improvement Agreement. We could just add an X to the "trees" box on the 26th Street IA and it should be fine. The applicant is required to install the necessary curb, gutter and sidewalks along both G Street and 26th Street frontages. Hope this helps. . It looks to me like the Staff Findings require only street trees on 26th, and sidewalks, curb, gutter and street trees on G. Is this correct?
