Recently I paid a deposit of $1250.00 for five trees that I had not planted on the
property yet in order to receive my Certificate Of occupancy. I have now planted
the trees and completed the landscaping on the project. At this time I have met all of
the requirements of the partition report and decisions and would like to have my
deposit returned to me. Please Contact me if there is further action I must take to
complete the process. I would like the check Mailed to the address below.
