Chris: .1 visited the site about 2 weeks ago and found that the subdivision improvements (paved driveways, vegetative
stormwater swales, etc.) were not installed and functioning. Because these are private improvements serving multiple
dwelling units they cannot be deferred through a performance bond or security deposit. For this reason, Planning is not
prepared to sign-off on the final mylar. If the applicant has any questions, I'd be happy to speak with them about their
subdivision obligations. Thanks
