Annexation of Territory to the City of Springfield, Lane County Metropolitan
Wastewater Service District and WilIamalane Park & Recreation District. Withdrawal of
Territory from the Glenwood Water District - Case C SP 2009- LRP2009-00009.
The proposal area, as submitted, includes properties addressed as 4851, 4857 and 500 I
Franklin Blvd. (Assessor's Map 18-03-02-20, Tax Lots 3000, 3100, 3200 & 3300; and Map 18-
03-02-32, Tax Lot 3800). The Director's recommendation will be available 7 days prior to the
public hearing at the City of Springfield Development Services Department, 225 Fifth Street,
