Submittal of a proposed amendment to the text of a comprehensive plan or land use regulation must include the text of the amendment and anv other information the local government believes is necessary to advise OLCO of the effect of the proposal. "Text" means the specific language being added to or deleted from the acknowledged plan or land use regulations. A general description ofthe proposal is not adequate. 7.
