Errata Sheet for November 16, 2009 Second Hearing and Adoption
Case # C SP 2009- LRP 2009-00009
The following is a revision to the clerical error found upon 2nd Reading of the Staff
Report recommending approval of annexation for the above mentioned case. The
following is a documentation of the revision as amended and entered into the record for
the proceeding during public hearing before Springfield City Council on November 16,
2009 prior to adoption. The revision is limited to paragraph 2, page 1-34, of Attachment
0-6 and was not considered to be a substantive revision:
"Solid Waste Manaqement - The City and Sanipac have an exclusive franchise
agreement for residential garbage service inside the City limits. Commercial and
industrial g3rb3ge service is the responsibility of the property owner or tenant, 3nd C3n
be provided by S3nip3c or other independent contr3ctor. Upon annexation and further
development or redevelopment of the property, solid waste disposal service can be
provided~ by a number of IOC31 firms.
