Chris: How does this look to you? If the legal description is acceptable, we need to discuss possible changes to the
redline maps you prepared to address comments from the Department of Revenue. Thanks

Hello Andy,
Attached is a legal description for the Wild ish Glenwood Plant Site a~nexation requesl. The attached legal description has
been reformatted so that the bearings and distances comprising the individual boundary courses are broken down

Subject: Revised Wildish Legal Description
Jon: Staff have reviewed the revised annexation legal description and revisited the comments from Mr. Taylor of
Oregon D.O.R. It appears Mr. Taylor's concerns with the numbered courses is limited to the 'redline' maps, and you
have added the course bearings on the full size plans submitted yesterday. Staff recommend keeping the course
numbers in the legal description for ease of following the lengthy description. Can you please email another copy of the
revised legal description that is broken down into the numbered courses? At a minimum, the numbered courSes
version of the legal description will be appended to the annexation ordinance. If rejected by D.O.R., staff will send the
consolidated legal description you provided yesterday.
The annexation ordinance received first reading by City Council at the public hearing meeting last night, and there was
no testimony submitted for the application. Second reading and adoption ofthe annexation ordinance is scheduled for
November 16, 2009. To make it into the City Council meeting packet, a copy of the legal description with numbered
courses would be appreciated by November 9, 2009. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
