Hi Randy, there are 4 public hearings scheduled for 7:00pm, and I haven't seen the final order of hearings on the
agenda. So I would estimate it will be sometime between 7:15 and 8:00 pm.
I missed the other question. I believe there are 3 external elevators on the north, west and south ends of City Hall. The
most accessible is probably the one at the north side of the Springfield Museum; this can be accessed directly from the
public parking lot off Main Street. The eievator rises to the mezzanine level and there is an outdoor walkway to the
south doors of City Hall, which is where the Council Chambers are located. Here's a map image:
