Randy: The application appears to be complete, and the application will be reviewed at a staff and agency DRC meeting
on Sept. 8.
I can send a copy of Page 10, but the City Manager has not signed the agreement pending City Council review and
approval. A copy will be provided upon final execution of the agreement.
