I checked with Jim Don. He says we've done it both ways, but our Code provides that
annexation application must be accompanied by Signed
annexation agreement. In this case i reccommend that we not have a
completeely executed document untilCouncil approves annexation. Back to Andrew Limbird.

The Wildish Annexation agreement is on my desk for signature. Is this something that
normally goes to the Council for approval?
