D. Where applicable fiscal impacts to the City have been mitigated through an Annexation
Agreement or other l]1echanism approved by the City Council (SDC 5.7-140).
SUBJECT PROPERTY LOCATION: Assessor's Map 18-03-02-20, Tax Lots 3000, 3100, 3200 &
3300; and Assessor's Map 18-03-02-32, Tax Lot 3800. The subject property is municipally addressed as
485 \,4857 and 500 I Franklin Boulevard, Springfield.
DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF THE HEARING: The Springfield City Council will hear all
testimony for and against the proposal on November 2, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at 225 Fifth Street in
Springfield City Hall Council Chambers. '

copies will be provided at a reasonable cost.
