Since the property currently abuts the state highway right of way, the Applicant should check with ODOT to
determine if the property, according to deed and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 734, Division 51, has the right(s} to
access state highway right of way in order to serve the zoned users} of the property. Please have the property owner, or
agent, contact Aaron Ketch, Permit Specialist, at the ODOT, District 5 Maintenance Office in Springfield, at 541-744-8080.
Additionally, Savannah Crawford, ODOT Area 5 Planner, may have additional comments to provide regarding subject
annexation.
