Wildish Glenwood Plant Site
Beginning at a point on the westerly boundary of the northwest one-quarter of Section 2 in
Township 18 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, said pointheing South
1237.57 feet more or less from the northwest comer of said Section 2; thence 1.) Westerly
40.89 feet more or less to a point in the easterly right of way of McVay Highway, said point
being 30 feet easterly of, when measured at right angles to, the centerline of McVay Highway;
thence along the easterly right of way of McVay Highway the following 13 courses and
distances numbered 2-14:
2.) along the arc of a 1303.24 foot radius curve right (the chord of which bears South 7031 '15"
East 39.80 feet) a distance of 39.80 feet;
3.) South 6038'45" East 474.04 feet more or less to a point opposit~ the angle point in the
