Clayton McEachern, Civil Engineer; Dennis Ernst, City Surveyor
LRP2009-00009, Wildish Annexation
I have reviewed the materials provided with the subject application. The survey.
department voiced several concerns over the maps and legal descriptions provided with
the submittal. The following issues need to be addressed
The tax lot(s) to be annexed need to be shown on a single map with surrounding
tax lots and ROW shown.
Legal description for parcel does not match the Tax Lot description. A property
line adjustment or similar process should be filed with Lane County to reconcile
the differences.
The Boundary Survey Maps do not match in scale or location of boundary lines.
The maps provided seemed to indicate that the UGB crosses the southern tip of
the property.
It is recommended that the applicant schedule a meeting with City of Springfield Survey
Staff to identity problems and reconcile these problems.
