Please send what you have and I'll take a look at it shortly. You will need the tax lot maps exhibits with you
packet for council and they would be helpful in checking this too.
The DOR wants to be able to follow your description on the tax maps so it's important that it works with them
no matter how bad they may be. '
Please let me know if you have any questions on this as I know it's very different than a legal description.

Hello Chris,
Find attached as a .pdf file, a copy of the legal description for the Wildish Property to be annexed to the City of
Springfield. I have modified the previous description to match the format of the example you provided. Please review the
attached description to insure it will be acceptable to the Depl. of Revenue in their review and approval of the annexation
application. I have not provided mark-ups of the individual tax maps that encompass the annexed area. Is that something
you prepare as part of the application packet or is that something I should be preparing in conjunction with the attached
legal description? Please let me know if you have any additional comments concerning the attached description and if
you wish me to prepare the Tax Map Exhibits illustrating the legal description.
