Jon and I were both out of town last week ....
We talked today, and Jon confirmed that he did receive the information from the City Surveyor, Jon expects to have a
corrected description back to him by mid-week this week.
If any' further modifications need to be made, just let us know,

Subject: Annexation Legal Description
Randy: Public hearing notification is being prepared and sent for the upcoming City Council 'meeting on November 2,
2009. The Wild ish annexation request is scheduled for presentation to City Council at that meeting. However, we are
still awaiting a revised legal description for the property that will be attached to the annexation ordinance and other
supporting documentation. The City Surveyor's office contacted Jon Oakes with Poage Engineering & Surveying on Sept.
28th and provided recommendations for revising the legal description. Staff will need the legal description in-hand for
the City Council packet that is due on or around October 23". Please let us know if there are any complications or delays
in preparing the description as this may affect the timing for adoption of the annexation ordinance. Contact me if you
