Randy: There were no significant issues noted at the meeting this morning. I understand there may be some revisions
required to the legal description in order to meet state Department of Revenue standards, but I have not discussed this
matter with the City Surveyor's office.
Attached is the proposed addendum to the City's adopted Starmwater Management Plan that will be presented to the
City Council on September 21. My understanding is the attachment has the correct wording as discussed with you and
Mike Kelly. If you have any questions or concerns, George Walker from ESD is presenting the item to City Council. He
can be reached by email (gwalker@lci.springfield.or.us) or 726-3674.

Andy -
A couple of things:
1. I believe you mentioned that our Glenwood annexation request was being reviewed today by staff for completeness-
please let me know how the review went at your earliest convenience.
2. I received notice of the reconvened public hearing for the PFSP. Subsequent to the meeting that Mike Kelly, Rick
Satre and r had with you, Susie Smith and other members of the staff regarding proposed policy language, Mike and I
submitted a modification to the proposal. Len Goodwin informed us that the original language had gone out in the
meeting packet, but that the elected officials would be informed of the changes acceptable to us. Would you please
confirm whether the modifications (as stated in the emaill sent to you and Len on Aug 18) will be incorporated in the
recommendation that goes to the elected officials .for adoption?
