RE: Cemetery Zone Change
ZotJ z"o 1-00V'l-.3
.,
Hi Ken, as we discussed the zoning map amendment process would be appropriate for this application. There is no
requirement for an accompanying Metro Plan amendment, which increases the complexity (and cost) of the re-zoning.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or require more information on the re-zoning process.

Subject: Cemetery Zone Change
Hi Andy,
In regards to the zone change and subsequent property
line adjustment at the Springfield Cemetery site that we
talked about last week.
One more question that probably has a quick answer.
The planner we delegated this project to thought there might be
a different process for the zone change than the one I proposed.
I proposed a Zoning Map Amendment which has a fee of over $4000.
Is this the appropriate process?
Thanks,
Ken Carver
