Subject: Cemetery zone change and property line adjustment
Hello Andy,
I was in this morning regarding the cemetery adjustment of the Musgrove property on the east
edge'of Springfield. I am preparing a proposal for our client and need to verify the current
status of these properties to determine the appropriate fees. ,Are they within the City
Limits or just within the Urban Growth Boundary. The fees are quite different!
This is the easy question. I may have more once the clients and their
development team review our plan to determine if it will meet their current and future needs.
Thanks,
Ken Carver
