A public hearing is scheduled for May 4, 2010 at 7:00pm before the
Springfield Planning Commission to consider a zone change request. The
subject property is located at 6444 Main Street in Springfield. The existing
zoning is Low Density Residential. The proposal being considered would
change the zoning to Medium Density Residential to match the existing
Metro Plan designation for the site.
The hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at the Springfield City
Hall, 225 Fifth Street, Springfield. The ODOT application, all documents and
evidence relied upon by the applicant, the applicable criteria and a copy of
the staff report are available for a free inspection and copies will be available
