On page 18, Condition of Approval #9 is proposing to require us "to replace the four existing
LPS light fixtures..." During our meeting on the 38th, we discussed this item and we agreed
to basically replace the bulb but not the pole, base or other elements of the light pole and
light.
Are we clear with the city about the scope of the replacement? What is the reference to
fixtures limited to?

Two updates on this land use action:
1. Staff has finalized the amended staff report and decision for
the Child Center Site Plan Review (Case DRC2010-00004). The amended decision will be issued
upon receipt of a time extension request and waiver from the applicant.
2. Regarding the appeal submitted by the applicant on March 16,
2010, the Planning Commission appeal hearing scheduled for April 13, 2010 at 6:00 pm has been
postponed to May 18, 2010 at 7:00 pm.
