Thank you all for your patience on this last issue. Ironically, I am swamped with the fee study project! I will make time for this discussion asap. Friday is the first day I am consultant-free, does that work for anyone? Lets book it fast! JD . The plan as I understand it is as follows: 1. Your client will execute a 30 day extension of the 120 day time limit 2. The City will issue an amended staff report addressing the conditions we discussed at our recent meeting 3. The scheduled Planning Commission Meeting will be postponed 4. The fee issue is not addressed in the amended staff report and if your client chooses, he can still appeal it 5. The current appeal on the remaining conditions will be withdrawn Did I summarize that correctly? Please let me know if anyone has something to add. thanks, Mary Bridget Smith LEAHY, VAN VACTOR & COX, LLP 188 West B Street, Bldg.
