Quince,
It has taken a few tries, but I believe I have a solution that will help you meet both the Transportation conditions of
approval #26 & #27. As you requested, I only moved the sidewalk to within 4 feet of the building; then I realigned the
exit so that its extended centerline matches with that of Hayden's bridge. The site's exit centerline was also modified so
that it comes in with incident angle of 90 degrees to the centerline of Marcola Road. The changes will require only
minor adjustments to the sidewalk, curb and possibly one parking stall location.
For the benefit of those who do not have AutoCAD software, I have attached a Word document that contains a screen
shot of the modifications bolded in white and yellow.
Thank you all, again, for working with us at our last meeting at Joe Leahy's office. I believe this will put to rest the last of
the questioned conditions. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
Sincerely,
jlo~

Jon,
Attached you will find an AutoCAD file containing the Site Plan for the Child Center Campus as
Submitted for the Tentative Site Plan Review Application. Bill Kloos has informed me that you have
agreed to try to find a happy compromise to the angle of intersection at the driveway adjacent to Hayden
Bridge Road.
Please be mindful to leave a minimum amount of landscaping, (4' or so) between the building and the
sidewalk adjacent to the bus drive-thru lane for obvious reasons as well for the purpose of maintaining a

minimum level of privacy between children on busses and a potential discreet meeting at one of the small
offices directly adjacent to the bus drive-thru lane.
I look forward to seeing you proposal.
