Looks great! I was trying to find a stronger word than "illustrative" in the added sentence, "The ITE Land Use
Code 720 is used herein for illustrative purposes and is not binding on the applicant or the City for the purpose
of calculating transportation System Development Charges (5DCs)."
But I couldn't I guess you may have done the best English could do. So unless you read my mostly German
mind and find a better term-it's all a go from my side of the coin.

Subject: Draft Amended Staff Report & Decision
I have made some changes to the findings and conditions of the attached staff report based on our discussion this
afternoon. Please let me know if there are any other edits required. Do we want to request a waiver of the 120 day
timeline if we postpone the Appeal Hearing and issue an amended decision? The amended decision appeal period could
take us close to (or past) Day 100 without having the City Council follow-up appeal scheduled.... We can strategize on
this some more...thanks
