Definitely! Lets calculate a new writing, issuance and appeal period from yesterday's date (30 days?) and shoot the form
over to the applicants with the advice that THEY should request the extension to permit us to delay the hearing;-)

I have made some changes to the findings and conditions of the attached staff report based on our discussion this
afternoon. Please let me know if there are any other edits required. Do we want to request a waiver of the 120 day
timeline if we postpone the Appeal Hearing and issue an amended decision? The amended decision appeal period could
take us close to (or past) Day 100 without having the City Council follow-up appeal scheduled.... We can strategize on
this some moren.thanks
