Subject: Planning Commission Appeal Hearing
Based on the recent email from Mary Bridget it appears the applicant still may appeal the fees to the Planning
Commission. Therefore, can we please schedule a 30 minute placeholder for the May 18 PC meeting? Proceeding with
the appeal hearing will be dependent upon receiving the 120 day waiver and time extension, but it gives me a timetable
for notification ofthe meeting postponement. Thanks
