require other information please let me know. Incidentally, the entire application package (including project narrative,
etc.) is available for viewing at the website link.
Last week the applicant and City staff discussed the conditions and findings subject to appeal and are close to agreement
on almost every issue. For this reason, the appeal hearing scheduled for April 13 may be postponed to allow sufficient
time for an agreement to be reached outside of a formal appeal proceeding. If a new hearing date is scheduled, or if the
appeal is withdrawn and the hearing is cancelled, I will let you know. Thanks
