Bill: Thank you for meeting with staff and City legal counsel on Tuesday afternoon. Staff
is, finalizing the amended staff report and decision for The Child Center based on our
productive discussion. To ensure that staff can issue the amended decision and postpone the
Planning Commission hearing, the City requests that you 'complete and submit the attached
waiver of the 128 day time limit for this decision.
The application was submitted and deemed complete on January 21, 2818 and today (April 1) is
Day 78 of the timeline. It is possible, although not certain, that all avenues of appeal
could be accommodated within the 128 day period (ie. by May 21, 2818). However, to ensure
there is adequate time for re-issuance of the decision (along with a new 15 day appeal
period) and rescheduling of a Planning Commission appeal hearing (if necessary), staff
requests the time extension. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
Andy Limbi rd
