It has been clarified that the applicant is not appealing Condition #39 (since this does not exist) and instead intends to
appeal Finding #39. I have made the necessary change to the Public Hearing Notice, although a copy has been sent to
the Guard already...can we do a swap-out before publication? Please let me know -I don't think it's a critical error and
can be clarified to the Planning Commission if necessary.
Sorry about the mix-up, but I was just going with the submittal information...
