Subject: Type IV Appeal Placeholder
Amy: Can you please replace the 45 minute "Annexations" Public Hearing placeholder on the May 3 Council agenda
with a 30 min "Type IV Appeal" Public Hearing placeholder, just in case an appeal the Planning Commission is hearing on
April 13 is subsequently appealed to the City Council. There are no annexations currently in process that would be taken
to the May 3 meeting anyway. We should know by April 23 if a decision of the Planning Commission is appealed, which
gives staff time to prepare an AIS or remove it from the agenda as necessary. Thanks
