Thanks 8renda. I will select May 4 to ensure at least 20 days advance notification because of the scrutiny this will
receive from the appellant and their legal counsel. I have drafted a public notice and it can be published later in April.
Plus, this gives me more time to work on the staff report. The only concern I have is that May 4 is Day 100 of the
decision timeline...if the applicant appeals the Planning Commission decision to City Council, does this still have to fit in
within the 120 day period? I'll check with Mott on this.
