Applicant's grant of30-day extension to 120-day timeline
Dear Andy:
Please accept this letter as the applicant's consent to a 30-day extension of the 120 day deadline
for a final local decision under ORS 227,178. I am authorized by the applicant to grant this
extension.
This letter also confirms that the hearing scheduled on the appeal filed by the applicant of the
administrative decision has been cancelled, as the applicant and the city anticipate the city will
reissue the decision in a form that should resolve a number of appeal issues. If the applicant has
issues with the newly issued decision, a new appeal will be filed to the Planning Commission.
Thank for the city's willingness and energy committed to resolving issues.
