Dear Andy:
Please accept this letter as the applicant's consent to a 30-day extension ofthe 120 day deadline
for a final local decision under ORS 227.178. I am authorized by the applicant to grant this
extension,
This letter also confinns that the hearing scheduled on the appeal filed by the applicant oftbe
administrative decision has been cancelled, as the applicant and the city anticipate the city will
reissue the decision in a form that should resolve a number of appeal issues. If the applicant has
issues with the newly issued decision, a new appeal will be filed to the Planning Commission.
