Subject: The Child Center Site Plan Decision and Appeal
Two updates on this land use action:
1. Staff has finalized the amended staff report and decision for the Child Center Site Plan Review (Case DRC201O-
00004). The amended decision will be issued upon receipt of a time extension request and waiver from the
applicant.
2. Regarding the appeal submitted by the applicant on March 16, 2010, the Planning Commission appeal hearing
scheduled for April 13, 2010 at 6:00 pm has been postponed to May IS, 2010 at 7:00 pm.
