I reviewed the latest copy of the amended staff report w/ Joe's suggestions and it looks good to me. I'll call Kloos on
the fee issue. Please send me a final version of the amended staff report and I'll keep you in the loop with our

Mary Bridget: Attached is an updated version of the draft amended staff report with Joe's suggested edits - specifically
a corrected typo on Page 18 and clarification of the ITE manual reference on Page 8.
