Findings This property will be able to get a city sponsored zoning change. .In 1986, the City adopted the Metro Plan, which designated the property on 945 N. 28 Street as Heavy Industrial. At that time, the neighbor's properties zoning designations were changed. It is one of the Planners, opinion that the paperwork for the property at 945 N. 28th Street was just missed. The current zoning designation for 945 N. 28 Street is Light Industrial. We are asking for the zone change to Heavy Industrial so that the property is in sync with the Metro Plan Designation.
