RE: ZON2010-00002 Duke & Dukes Partition TRANSPO memo.docx
Jon: It would be appropriate at this stage to advise the applicant of the likelihood of requiring the extra right-of-way,
since they haven't actually submitted for a partition yet. That way, we can review the merits in greater detail when and
if the partition application arrives. However, they have been given the heads up....

Subject: ZON2010-00002 Duke & Dukes Partition TRANSPO memo.docx
Andy,
I've finally completed my comments...and after much deliberation I'm still not sure about the request for additional
ROW. I now see the Gary McKinney mistakenly wrote in his previous memo that 28th Street had 70 feet of ROW, so he
asked for none.
Is there any way I can ask for it now, considering the Dolan nexus issue? I have not, as yet, inserted that into my
comments. (We are short seven feet from the minimum needed to bring us to the 3S' half width for an arteriaL)
