Following up from our discussion today, the applicant will need to submit to the Building Division for review:
1. A joint use easement and maintenance agreement for the common private storm drain system.
2. A joint use easement agreement for the private water lines, including where encroaching into existing
private sanitary sewer easements.
Upon approval, the applicant is required to file the documents with Lane County records as irrevocable utility
easements.
