Brenda: I have two mailouts scheduled for December 29th and I'll be gone next week (but back on the 28th). The address
labels are already prepared, and I have inserted the hearing notices and maps for copying. Would you like the files now
or would you prefer to wait until Monday the 28th when I get back? Just a heads up so you aren't swamped after the
Christmas break - or if you have plans for taking some days off that week, etc. Thanks
