Dan: Due to timelines for 45 day notification of DLCD and a scheduled Planning Commission recess in
December, the first available public hearing meeting for this application is scheduled for January 20, 2010.
Formal notification of the public hearing will be sent out around Christmas time. If you have any questions,
please contact me by email or call (541)726-3784. Please note I will be away from the office Nov. 11-27,
returning Monday Nov. 30.
