Description of Proposal
The applicant submitted a Property Line Adjustment Application to adjust the common boundary between
two contiguous parcels fronting onto 19th Street. The affected parcels are Assessors Map Number 17-03-
24-00, Tax Lots 609 and 610. One parcel is currently vacant and the second (Tax Lot 609) is municipally
addressed as 2587 19th Street. This application received tentative approval December 23, 2008.
Final Map Approval
Final Map Approval shall be granted upon receipt of copies of the recorded survey, property line
adjustment deed; easements and agreements, and certification that the conditions of approval have been
met. Copies of the recorded documents were delivered to the City on May 6 and 8, 2009. The recording
numbers are as follows:
